Privacy policy
Updated 11 October 2026.
Information we use
Ucampy uses your name, email address and account identifier to provide account access. For email accounts, passwords are stored as salted hashes. We also store account-linked study progress, saved answers, test history, review tags and bookmarks. If you submit question material, we store that material and any notes or attachments you provide.
Google sign-in
When Google sign-in is enabled and you choose it, we request your basic profile, email address and Google account identifier. We use that identifier to recognise your account and the verified email and name to create it. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendar.
Google identity information is used for account access and security, not advertising or training AI models. Ucampy’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and security records
We use essential cookies to maintain your signed-in session and protect sign-in attempts. Verification links, password-reset requests and authentication security records help us verify account ownership and prevent abuse.
Service providers
Hosting, database, storage and email-delivery providers process information needed to operate Ucampy. Google processes sign-in when you use that option. Where payments are enabled, the payment provider processes payment details and Ucampy receives subscription status. Information may be processed in the countries where those providers operate.
Retention and your choices
Account and saved study information remain associated with your account while it is maintained. Sessions and verification or reset links have expiry periods. You can sign out at any time. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, contact dr.abdulkarim.tob@gmail.com.
