Terms and conditions
Updated 19 October 2026. Terms version: 2026-10-19.
These terms explain the rules for Ucampy accounts, digital study materials and monthly subscriptions. Read them before subscribing. You can save or print this page for your records.
Our story and purpose
Ucampy was created to help dental professionals prepare for professional licensing examinations through structured practice, understanding and review. Developed with expert input and grounded in academic references, it provides original exam-style questions with explanations to help learners assess their knowledge and identify areas for further study.
Learners can bookmark questions, organise their review with study tags, and revisit saved tests, answers and progress while access to their selected study package is active. Our aim is to make careful preparation a consistent routine that learners can return to and build upon.
1. The digital study service
Ucampy offers two separate digital study packages. INBDE Test Simulation includes the available Fields of Dentistry and Pharmacology question banks and learning resources. SDLE Test Simulation provides specialty question practice, explanations and references, with its own saved tests, progress, bookmarks and review tags. A subscription to one package does not include paid access to the other. The subscription supplies digital access; it does not include a physical product, ownership of the materials or a right to resell them. The plan details on the INBDE pricing page or SDLE pricing page, as applicable, and the order details shown before payment form part of your subscription agreement.
Package availability depends on the content currently released. SDLE specialty practice uses the reviewed questions available in that package. Full 200-question simulations are available only when every blueprint subject has enough distinct reviewed questions. A package description does not promise unreleased questions or future content.
The materials are for education and examination preparation. They do not replace professional clinical judgement, current clinical guidelines or patient-specific medical advice. Check authoritative sources before making clinical decisions. We do not guarantee an examination result, qualification, accreditation or employment outcome.
2. Your account and security
Provide accurate account and payment information and keep your email address up to date. You must have the legal capacity to enter the subscription agreement. Each account is for one learner. Do not share login credentials, let another person use your subscription or transfer your account.
Protect your password and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another person’s account, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. Report a security problem to support without accessing or exposing other users’ information.
3. Your limited licence
While your subscription is active, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view and use the included materials through Ucampy for your own study. Access ends when your paid subscription period ends, unless another lawful entitlement applies. Paying for access does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Ucampy materials, including our original questions, explanations, resource arrangements, illustrations and branding, are protected to the extent provided by law. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of general medical facts or material that is in the public domain.
4. No copying or redistribution
Without prior written permission, you must not copy, download beyond an expressly provided download feature, export, scrape or extract our question banks or materials. You must not capture them through screenshots, screen recording, photography or other reproduction; upload them elsewhere; publish, distribute, share, sell, rent, sublicense or mirror them; or create a competing question bank or resource collection from them.
You must not use bots, automated tools or bulk requests to collect the content, remove rights notices or circumvent technical protections. You must not submit our questions, explanations, images or resources to AI services or use them for AI training, model development, data sets or retrieval collections without written permission.
These restrictions do not prevent uses that the law expressly permits and that cannot lawfully be restricted, or the ordinary temporary copies necessary to view the service. They do not prohibit keeping your own original study notes that do not reproduce protected materials. For an accessible format or permission to use content, contact support.
5. Price, payment and automatic renewal
INBDE and SDLE each have their own monthly subscription, price and renewal. Review the selected package’s pricing page and the exact total in checkout before confirming payment. Subscribing to both packages creates separate subscriptions; manage or cancel each one separately. If you apply a discount code, checkout states its amount, whether it applies once, for a stated number of months, or to ongoing renewals, and the subsequent renewal price. A displayed reference price is not an additional charge. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price and discount duration. Any applicable taxes or other payable amounts must be shown in the checkout total before you confirm payment. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or bank fees.
By confirming a subscription purchase, you authorize the stated initial payment and recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method. There is no annual commitment for the monthly plan. Payment is processed by Stripe; its payment terms may also apply. We do not receive your complete card details.
Digital access starts only after payment is confirmed. An account registration, checkout attempt or return from checkout alone does not activate paid access. Check the amount and order information before confirming payment and keep your payment confirmation.
6. Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel future renewals through your subscription settings. If you cannot access those settings, email support from your account email address before the next renewal. We will help you cancel and confirm the result. Cancellation has no separate fee and prevents subsequent renewal charges; it does not ordinarily refund a payment already made.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account or stopping use is not a substitute for cancelling renewal. If a renewal is charged after an effective cancellation, contact us so we can investigate and refund an incorrect charge.
7. Digital access and the refund policy
Once the paid digital access has been supplied, subscription payments are non-refundable for a change of mind, lack of use, examination results or cancellation during a paid period, except where a refund is required by law. We do not ordinarily provide partial refunds for unused days in that period.
Checkout asks you to agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. These acknowledgments do not waive mandatory cancellation or refund rights. Digital access becomes available after payment is confirmed. Any cancellation rights that apply to digital content or ongoing services remain available under applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off period or remedies for digital content or services that are defective, not supplied, materially different from their description, or charged incorrectly. We will investigate duplicate or unauthorized charges and failures to provide paid access. Depending on the law and circumstances, the appropriate remedy may include restoring access, correcting a defect, a price reduction or a refund.
To request a cancellation remedy or report a billing problem, email dr.abdulkarim.tob@gmail.com with your account email, payment date and a description of the problem. Do not send your password or complete card details. Where a refund is due, we will process it without undue delay within the applicable legal time limit, normally to the original payment method.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the authorized payment and you may be asked to update your payment method. Paid access may be restricted when the paid-through period ends if payment has not been completed. We will not treat an unsuccessful checkout as a paid subscription or promise access before payment is confirmed. Contact support if a successful payment is not reflected in your account.
9. Your notes and submitted content
You retain rights in your own original notes and other content you submit. Submit only content you are entitled to use, and do not upload patient-identifying information, confidential clinical records or unlawful material. You give us a limited permission to store, reproduce and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the features you use and meet legal obligations.
This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated sale or publication of your content. Personal information, study progress, retention and privacy choices are addressed in our privacy policy.
10. Availability and changes to the service
You need a compatible browser and an internet connection. We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, security work or technical problems may cause interruptions. We will provide reasonable notice of planned material interruptions where practicable and address reported faults within a reasonable time.
We may correct errors and update materials to keep them useful and accurate. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material reduction in the subscribed service. If we cannot supply the service as agreed, your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available. Contact support if a problem persists after the displayed retry guidance.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, unauthorized sharing or copying, fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy a breach before terminating access. Immediate restriction may be necessary to stop serious harm or an ongoing security or content misuse incident.
You can contact support to challenge a restriction or correct an error. We will review it fairly. Suspension does not remove any mandatory consumer remedy. If we end the service or terminate a paid subscription for our convenience rather than your breach, we will refund the unused part of the paid period and stop future renewal charges.
12. Our responsibilities and your legal rights
We are responsible for supplying the agreed digital content and service with the standards required by applicable law. Educational guidance and limitations stated here do not remove those obligations.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made, business losses arising from use outside the personal study licence, or problems caused solely by your equipment, connection or unlawful misuse. We remain responsible where the law requires it. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Future changes to terms or price
We may update these terms for legal requirements, security needs or material changes to the service. We will communicate material changes before they take effect and identify the new version and date. Changes will not retroactively alter charges or remove rights for a period already paid for.
A change to your renewal price will be notified in advance, with enough time to cancel before it applies. New prices apply only to future subscription periods with any agreement required by law. If you do not agree to a proposed change, cancel future renewals or contact support before it takes effect.

For account, subscription, permission or complaint enquiries, contact Ucampy support at dr.abdulkarim.tob@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to investigate, and we will respond within a reasonable time. This support process does not prevent you from exercising statutory remedies, contacting a competent consumer authority or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
These terms do not replace any mandatory protections that apply where you live. If a provision cannot be enforced, it will be treated as limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not permanently waive it. If another statement conflicts with your mandatory rights, those rights prevail.
